CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW HIGH‐RISE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING OF THE STATE COMMITTEE ON PROPERTY ISSUES OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
The building is constructed under design of USA and Turkish companies. The works apply USA, Europe and Azerbaijan Republic construction norms. The equipment used in this project are in high quality produced by top famous companies. Currently the Facade works have been completed, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works are continuing.
The process is divided into 2 Phases, 1st Phase has already been finalized, 2nd Phase has took a start since February 2019. TECHNICON Engineers Consulting Company is controlling this amazing project according to predetermined time schedule.
NEW MECHANICAL COOLING SYSTEM
The construction works have commenced in May 2001 on request of ALKO LTD, right after the Concept Design was agreed with Client. The project has been completed successfully in very short time. The Reporting, Designing, Author’s(Engineering) and Construction supervision services was conducted by “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC.
EXCELSIOR HOTEL & SPA BAKU
“Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC has successfully completed the project of five star Hotel in terms of providing designing works for Automatic Fire Protection Systems. Materials and equipment used in construction process were completely manufactured in Europe as well as the works have carried out applying EU and International standards.
"QARASU" OIL TERMINAL
Upon the request of “Qarasu Operating Company” (SOCAR Affiliate), “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC has successfully completed the project of Qarasu Oil Terminal serving for Automatic Fire Protection system, Cooling system, Foam and Water Cooling Pumping Station, Drainage and Infrastructure systems, the project has been finalized in 2006.
CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL PARK IN "S. ALEKPEROVA" STREET
“Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC has participated in the project of “Construction of New Residential Park” in the central street of Baku city by providing a planning and designing services for infrastructure systems upon request of Bakuinshaat LTD.
CONSTRUCTION OF “KULEVI” OIL TERMINAL
Consulting services in this project include initial project analysis, analysis of the relevancy of local (Georgian) and international standards, analysis of Automatic Fire Protection system, re-reporting on Pumping station and Water-Foam reserves, reissue of Hydraulic reports of pipelines, re-reporting on Cooling and Fire Foam Protection systems of the new tanks to be constructed in future.
RECONSTRUCTION OF “BIBIHEYBET” MOSQUE
Due to the construction area was falling to landslide zone, our engineers have designed systems for Retaining Walls, Dams, Drainage as well as other considerable actions against landslide. At the same time “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC has carried improvement and verdurization works in outside area of the Mosque. During the construction process international standards were applied and the works were confirmed by international expert opinion.
CONSTRUCTION OF “AZALOIL” FUEL TERMINAL
“Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC was again invited by A+A company to Construction Project of “AZALOIL” Fuel Terminal. The construction works have commenced right after the approval of full infrastructure systems designated by our company. The Author’s and Technical supervision of the Terminal construction was awarded to “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC as well. Our company has realized the project implementing Foam Fire Extinguishing Tank system.
Reconstruction of “ICHERI SHEHER” Metro Station
“Icheri Sheher” metro station (former “Baksovet”) has been put into operation in 1965. “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC has joined to reconstruction works together with A+A and Israel company. Despite the external design and structure works were under scope of Israel company, it was in demand to carry the renovation process of the current station in accordance with both local and international engineering norms. It was also requested to finalize the project in a short period with high quality.
The mentioned three companies have successfully completed the project in 8 months. Further “Technicon Engineers Consulting” LLC was joined to Concept Design & Technical Construction supervision works of other respective projects in Baku city.
